Our Place, or Yours?
Dempsey Studios can come to you. This is a great way to capture portraits of your pets. Animals are more relaxed in your home. We can set up a portable studio in your home - using a full setup, or just the lighting to capture the right setting in your home.
In The Workplace
Showing your company and/or products can be of great value when done properly. When you want to show your staff team on the job doing what they do best, Dempsey Studios can capture posed and candid shots of your crew working and handling materials. Always mindful of privacy and company information, we make the efforts to capture only the person and products you want to feature by creative use of the background environment and focus techniques.
Outdoors
Looking for portraits in an outdoor setting? Selling a property? Want to show off your garden? Dempsey Studios can photograph your property in a way that truly reflects the care and pride you've put into it.
Events
Formal or casual, Dempsey Studios captures it all. From Birthday parties to Weddings, we capture the key moments, while staying out of the way. We dress according to your function to give it the respect it deserves.
Developing
It's sometimes difficult to think of "Developing" digital photographs, but it's an important stage. Once the images are loaded from the camera to the computer, Dempsey Studios employs a large variety of techniques to fully master your portraits. All of our finished portraits are lightly retouched to give the best possible results.
Printing
Dempsey Studios uses Paul Nelson's Foto Source exclusively, when it comes to our photo prints. We've tried several local places, including big box stores and some instant-print machines and we simply get better results from Paul's.
Pricing
Most photo shoots are priced individually, depending on what you would like, however here are a few ready-priced items offered as starting points. All prices are before 8% PST.
Basic Photo Shoot (at Dempsey Studios) - $32.50
Well suited for individuals, maternity, mother/baby, couples and engagement photos, this package includes a 30 minute shoot in our studio and a CD of the finished photo's.
Basic Photo Shoot (On Location) - $48.75
More suited to families of 4 or more, children, pets, outdoor, real-estate, or a private shoot, this package includes a 45 minute shoot on location and a CD of the finished photo's.
Glamour Shoot - $91.25
Looking for something more glamourous? Dempsey Studios offers a 45 minute glamour shoot, with major retouching and effects and a CD of the finished photo's.
Small Events (2 Hours) - $105.00
Geared toward birthdays and religious ceremonies, this package includes a two hour shoot on location and a CD of the finished photo's.
Small Business / Industrial Shoot - $225.00
Weather it's shooting a tour of your facilities, "meet the team" or small inventory shooting, this package includes a four hour shoot on location and a CD of the finished photo's.
Large Business / Industrial Shoot - $445.00
For something a little larger, we also offer an eight hour shoot on location and a CD of the finished photo's.
Typical Wedding Package - $537.00
The typical wedding package includes six to eight hours of shooting for the wedding day - including some before photos, the ceremony itself, family and individual portraits, and some of the festivities afterwards. Provided are 100 4x6 prints in an album, three 8x10 prints, and a CD of the finished photo's.
Dempsey Studios doesn't haggle over an extra hour or so of shooting at weddings, and we don't charge setup fees or travel fees. We're yours for the whole time - whether we spend it shooting, or moving between locations.
