Photos are warranted to be defect-free. If your photos are defective or cannot be delivered, due to an issue with Dempsey Studios equipment, any fees/deposits you've paid are refunded with our sincerest apologizes.

If, you are not satisfied with your photos for any other reason, simply contact Dempsey Studios by phone or email and we will do our very best to make it right.

Estimates are provided based on the type and amount of photography requested. The time the actual shoot takes may depend on subject and environmental cooperation. This will be made clear during the shoot if it appears the estimated time will not suffice, and a decision can be made.

Copyright and Showcasing

When a client commissions photography work from Dempsey Studios, that client shall become the original copyright holder upon payment in full of the invoice associated with the photographs. It is generally accepted that a photographer may reproduce client photographs for the purpose of demonstration and advertising of services. However, you may request that Dempsey Studios does not reproduce photos you've commissioned.

Payment is normally due upon receipt of the invoice. Commercial clients may receive 30-day payment terms upon request. This is clearly indicated on the invoice with the Due Date.

Such information will be limited to that which is needed to properly service and support visitors', clients' and prospective clients' requests, and to facilitate the operation of this website.
