In this case, we have a used items page. Similar to the simple gallery, we've added titles to the images. This could very easily be adapted to be a full catalog system, including prices, mileage (for vehicles) and any other stats.

K. G. Reid Construction

Here, the client wanted a simple gallery they could use to display their equipment and team on the job. A very simple gallery is used here with a back-end admin system where they can add, remove and edit captions.

DICA Electronics (Photos)

Here, Dempsey Studios came on site to photograph the client's facilities, equipment, and staff hard at work, as well as key staff profile images. Though we didn't develop the website, we're happy to have done all of it's photo's.

River Junction Band (Gallery)

An automated custom web gallery was needed here, so the River Junction band could enjoy uploading their own photos and add captions, while still keeping it within their own website.

Winter Trekking

This site was created through heavily modifying the default theme to a free forums package.

Starting with the Simple Machines forums software, the package was restricted to one theme, and that theme was modified to include custom pages formatted the same as the forums display.

There were added scripts to allow the site owners to add articles, and edit them, changing images and text whenever they want.

Solo Tripping

Using over 175 scripts, this site offers visitors a lot of content.

Visitors can read articles on Solo Tripping Skills, Safety, and Trip Planning. There are also Gear lists and explanations. Members can write their own gear reviews, trip reports, and submit trip routes. We also have lists of educators and outfitters, along with a large list of web resources.

The site also shows videos from You Tube, Google Ads, and Amazon lists.

No web community would be complete without a set of Forums. Here, we’re using vBulletin - a top rated pay-per-license software that has lots of customizing options and a well supported mods affiliate website. It also allows for forum information to be added to non-forums pages. This lets us have the large “Recent Posts” box down the left-hand side, and a login and member details box on the right. The built-in security of vBulletin is extended to the rest of the site.

All of the articles, and visitor submitted content can be controlled through a central admin panel.

Stevens Car Center (Inventory List)

Dempsey Studios was asked to program a searchable car inventory list for this site. Visitors to the site can browse through the pages of vehicle listings, and can even search for makes, models and certain features. Staff members can also sign into an admin panel and update the inventory list.

RASC - Belleville Centre

This site is for the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada's Belleville Centre. It caters mainly to it’s members. There are some details about the center’s history, and signup information. Visitors can also browse the photo gallery, see newsletters, announcements, articles, and links to the national website, the Fall n Stars star party and this year, there is the International Year of Astronomy website.

When members sign in, so much more is available. Members can edit their profile, contact information, and website preferences. There is a simplified message board, web-links list, executive list, maps to observing locations, and a members’ library and equipment sharing program. Members can also upload images to their own galleries.

Executive members can also use the site to perform their duties. They can upload maps, create newsletters, keep the library up to date, post announcements, and administer the membership.
